Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Glidely, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Account registration and security

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify support@glidely.site immediately of any unauthorized account access.

Subscription plans and recurring billing

Glidely offers Free, Pro, and Max plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) in advance. Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. By buying a paid plan you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge the recurring fee (plus applicable taxes) to your payment method until you cancel.

Cancellation and automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page or by emailing support@glidely.site. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active with full paid access until the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period.

Price changes

Glidely reserves the right to modify subscription pricing upon at least 30 days advance notice to active subscribers via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after the effective price change date constitutes agreement to the updated fee.

Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You agree not to use Glidely to store or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content; infringe upon third-party intellectual property; distribute malware or malicious scripts; attempt to compromise platform infrastructure; or engage in abusive, automated scraping.

User content and data ownership

You retain complete ownership and all intellectual property rights in the content, files, boards, and messages you upload to Glidely. You grant Glidely a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, transmit, and display your content to provide the services to your workspace members.

Service availability and SLA

We work to keep Glidely available at all times, but access may occasionally be limited by maintenance, security updates or outages at our providers. Max subscribers receive priority email support.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glidely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through support@glidely.site.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. For legal or billing questions, contact us at support@glidely.site.

Google API Limited Use disclosure

Glidely's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

By accessing Glidely services via Google authentication or utilizing Google API integrations, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. All information obtained through Google APIs is processed and maintained in strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
2. Google user data is utilized solely for authenticating your identity and powering your team workspace functionalities, and is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models without your explicit consent.
3. Glidely enforces strict access controls, 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, and AES-256 encryption at rest to safeguard all Google API user data.
