One place per client
Give each client their own workspace, with its own boards, chat and files, or keep smaller clients as separate boards in one workspace. Free includes 1 workspace, Pro 2 and Max 5, each with 1, 2 and 4 boards.
Let clients see progress, not your notes
Invite a client as a Viewer: they can see the board but cannot change it. You can also invite someone to just one board. On Pro and Max, make a board private so only the people you add can open it.
Every deadline across the month
Switch a board to Calendar to see what is due when, and add due dates to Google Calendar so they sit next to your meetings. Attach a Google Meet link to a card to start a client call from it.
Files and feedback in context
Keep briefs, drafts and feedback on the card they belong to, and talk with the client in a chat channel or the card’s comments instead of long email threads.
Simple, flat pricing
Plans are priced per account, not per person, so inviting a client does not add to your bill. See pricing for the limits of each plan.

Can my clients see my board without editing it?
Yes. Invite them with the Viewer role and they can look but not change anything.
Do clients count as paid seats?
No. Glidely is priced per account, not per person. Each plan has a limit on members per workspace: 3 on Free, 15 on Pro and unlimited on Max.
