Free
1 workspace with 1 board, 12 cards and 5 lists per board, 5 checklist items per card, 3 members per workspace, 100 MB of file storage (10 MB per file), team chat for the last 30 days, board/table/calendar/timeline views, Google Calendar and Meet, 7 days of board activity, passkeys and two-factor login.
Pro
Everything in Free, plus 2 workspaces with 2 boards each, 20 cards and 15 lists per board, 15 checklist items per card, up to 15 members per workspace, 1 GB of file storage shared by your 2 workspaces (500 MB each, 250 MB per board, 25 MB per file), private boards, the analytics dashboard, a year of chat history, 90 days of activity and the audit log, a recycle bin that keeps deleted work for 30 days, Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Drive on cards, your own board backgrounds and email support.
Max
Everything in Pro, plus 5 workspaces with 4 boards each, unlimited cards, 50 lists per board, 50 checklist items per card, unlimited members, 3 GB of file storage shared by your 5 workspaces (600 MB each, 150 MB per board, 100 MB per file), team performance analytics, complete chat history, a year of activity with CSV export, priority email support and early access to new features.
How file storage works
Your plan's storage is one pool for your whole account. It is shared equally by the workspaces you can own, and each workspace's share is shared equally by its boards. On Pro that is 1 GB: 500 MB for each of 2 workspaces and 250 MB for each of their 2 boards each. Files on cards and board backgrounds count against their board and the workspace; files in chat count against the workspace.
Who gets what
A plan belongs to the workspace and follows the person who owns it. Everyone in that workspace gets its features, limited by their role. Their own personal workspaces keep their own plan.
Plan changes
You can upgrade from Settings at any time. Your new plan switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you move to a smaller plan nothing is deleted: your boards, lists, cards and files stay, and you can add more only once you are back under the smaller plan's limits.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from the billing page. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
