Documentation

Last updated

Glidely documentation explains how to set up workspaces, boards, cards, roles, chat, uploads, analytics, and settings.

In short

  • Audience: New users, teams, admins, and invited members
  • Coverage: Setup, workflows, permissions, and troubleshooting
  • Support: support@glidely.site

Getting started

Create a workspace, choose a name, add a board, create lists, and begin adding cards for tasks or project steps.

Boards

Boards are made from lists. Lists can represent stages such as To Do, In Progress, Review, Completed, or any custom process.

Cards

Cards hold tasks, descriptions, comments, checklists, priority, mentions, due dates, and attached files so the work stays clear.

Invites and roles

Invite members by email and choose the correct role so each person has the right level of access.

Chat

Use workspace chat for team discussion, updates, questions, and file sharing related to the workspace.

Activity logs

Review workspace audit actions, member updates, card completions, and history from the audit view.

Documentation can expand with screenshots, quick start videos, and step by step onboarding guides.
