Data Protection

Last updated

Data Protection explains how Glidely approaches account data, workspace content, member access, retention, deletion, and service provider handling.

In short

  • Applies to: Account and workspace data
  • Controls: Authentication, roles, storage rules, and server checks
  • Contact: support@glidely.site

Account data

Account information is used to identify users, manage sign in, apply plan controls, and connect users to their workspaces.

Workspace data

Workspace content includes boards, lists, cards, chat messages, file references, members, roles, analytics, and activity records.

Access control

Access to workspace data is based on membership and role. Owners and permitted roles can manage who belongs to a workspace.

Deletion and recovery

Some deleted items can move to recycle areas before permanent removal according to product behavior and plan features.

Service providers

Infrastructure providers may process data only as needed to operate hosting, authentication, database, storage, email, analytics, and billing.
