Delete your Glidely account
How to delete your Glidely account and its data, on the website or in the Android app, what is deleted and what stays.
In short
- Where: Settings > Security, on the website or in the Android app
- When: 30 days after you ask; signing in before then cancels it
- No access?: support@glidely.site
Delete it yourself
On the website: sign in, open Settings > Security and passkeys, and choose Delete account. In the Android app: open the You tab > Security and passkeys > Delete account. You confirm with your password (or your Google account) and, if you use two-step sign-in, your authenticator code.
Can’t sign in?
Email support@glidely.site from the address of your Glidely account and ask us to delete it. We check that the account is yours, then delete it the same way.
The 30-day grace period
Your account is closed straight away and deleted for good 30 days later. Signing in again before then cancels the deletion. After 30 days it cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your sign-in account, profile, username, notifications, friends, passkeys and the devices registered for notifications; every workspace you own on your own, with its boards, lists, cards, chat, activity and recycle bin; your place in other workspaces; and every file you uploaded.
What stays
A workspace you own that has other people in it is handed to a co-owner (or its longest-standing member), so the team keeps its work. Messages and cards you added to workspaces that carry on stay part of them. Payment records are kept as the law requires; Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, keeps your invoices.
Paid plans
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first on the billing page of the Glidely website (Settings > Billing), or email support@glidely.site.
