Security

Last updated

How Glidely keeps your account and your team’s work safe.

In short

  • Encryption: HTTPS (TLS) for every connection; data encrypted at rest by our cloud providers
  • Sign-in: Passkeys and two-factor authentication
  • Payments: Handled by Lemon Squeezy; card details never reach Glidely
  • Report an issue: support@glidely.site

Encryption

All traffic to and from Glidely uses HTTPS. Your workspace data and files are stored with Google Cloud (Firebase) and Cloudflare, which encrypt data at rest.

Secure sign-in

You can sign in with a passkey (Face ID, fingerprint or device PIN) and turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app.

Access control

Workspaces are invite-only. Owners choose a role for every member (Co-owner, Editor or Viewer), and database rules check every read and write against that membership. Private chats can only be read by the people in them.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner and Merchant of Record. Glidely never sees or stores your card number.

Activity log and recovery

On paid plans, the activity log records changes in a workspace, and the recycle bin lets you restore deleted boards, lists and cards.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you find a security issue, please email support@glidely.site with the steps to reproduce it. We appreciate responsible disclosure.

Security work never stops. We keep improving how Glidely protects your data.
