How many boards can I make?
Free has 1 board per workspace (the one a new workspace starts with), Pro has 2 and Max has 4. Start a template board when you have a free board slot, or reshape your first board with the lists of a template.
How to use a template
- Click New board.
- Pick a template and give the board a name.
- Click Create board. Every list and card can be changed afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
Are the board templates free?
Yes. All six templates and the blank board are on every plan, including Free. How many boards you can have depends on your plan.
Can I change a template after creating the board?
Yes. A template only sets the starting lists and a few example cards. Rename, add or delete anything afterwards.
